Payment by card

For online payment you can use any international bank card:

• VISA
• MasterCard
• American Express

Payment is processed through a secure electronic payment system.

Bank transfer

Payment is possible by bank transfer on the basis of an invoice.

This method is available to both individuals and legal entities.

Payment on the basis of a contract

We offer legal entities individual terms of cooperation.

Free delivery

Free delivery within Tbilisi applies to orders worth 500 GEL or more.

Delivery to the regions

The delivery time for orders to the regions is a maximum of 5 working days.

Additional terms

• Free delivery from hypermarkets applies only if the total order value exceeds 500 GEL.
• The delivery service covers transporting the goods to the destination address. It does not include unloading the goods from the vehicle, carrying them into the building or up the stairs.
• The transport cost for products purchased online is calculated automatically at checkout, after the delivery method is chosen.
• For oversized parcels, the transport charge may be calculated by volumetric weight. If the volumetric weight exceeds the physical weight, the following formula is used: length (cm) × width (cm) × height (cm) ÷ 5000
• We deliver products whose length does not exceed 4 metres.

Warranty service

Warranty service applies only to products accompanied by an official warranty card.

The warranty card is given to the customer at the time of purchase.

Please note that the warranty terms do not apply to damage caused by:

• mechanical impact;
• incorrect installation or operation;
• carelessness or misuse;
• natural wear;
• violation of the manufacturer's instructions.

For some products, warranty service may not apply or may have different terms, which will be indicated in the description of the specific product or in the warranty documentation.

Product exchange

Sonniva Georgia provides an exchange of products in the following cases:

• the product has a factory defect (other than mechanical damage);
• an error occurred during order processing or dispatch and the customer received a product with the wrong model, size, colour or specifications;
• the customer wishes to exchange the product for another equivalent model within 14 calendar days of receiving it.

For an exchange, the customer must contact the branch where the purchase was made, or contact a company representative.

Product return

The customer has the right to return a purchased product within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

• the product has not been used;
• the original condition of the product is preserved;
• the packaging is not damaged;
• the factory labels, stickers and protective elements are preserved;
• the product shows no signs of use or mechanical damage.

The company reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the conditions listed above.

Order storage terms

If the customer chose self-pickup when placing the order and the order is paid in full, the company stores the products for 5 working days.

If, within this period, the customer does not come to collect the order and does not agree an extension of the storage period in advance, Sonniva Georgia reserves the right to:

• cancel the order;
• return the products to warehouse stock;
• charge an additional storage fee if necessary.
